BMJ General Music

Welcome to General Music at BMJ! In this class, we will cover the history of music in various cultures.

We will also listen to various musical selections from across the globe. The purpose for this class is to understand the history of music and where it came from. When students finish this class they will have a basic understanding of the key figures that played vials roles in the development of music. Students will also be able to understand various musical terminology. 

 

The class syllabus was given to each student on their first day in Gen. Music. The classroom rules and procedures, as well as the makeup policy is listed in the syllabus.
