HELP-Higher Ed Legislative Plan

- This is a grant for FULL TUITION to a Mississippi public community college or university if you meet the requirements/qualifications. Click the link to read about it. Freshmen, Sophomores, and Juniors, if you will meet the income limitations, make sure you're taking the correct classes listed on the curriculum requirements.

MTAG-MS Tuition Assistance Grant

- MTAG awards up to $500 per academic year during the freshman and sophomore years of college and $1,000 during the junior and senior years. There is no income limitation/requirement.

MESG- Mississippi Eminent Scholars Grant

- MESG awards up to $2,500 per academic year for students who have made a 29 or higher on the ACT.

Nissan Scholarship

- This scholarship, sponsored by the Nissan Company, covers full tuition and provides additional funds for books and fees. The ACT requirement is a 20; the GPA requirement is 2.5. It also requires an essay and evidence of extracurricular activities. Click the link for more information.

The Citizens Bank

Award: $1000 
Deadline: June
Recipients: For juniors and seniors
Details: Students bring report cards by the first Friday in June to any of the bank's locations. For every “A,” students are entered into a drawing to win a $1,000 scholarship.

Farm Bureau Scholarships

Recipients: high school senior or college freshman
